I need to scream right now!!!!!!!!

I just need to sound off.....I've had a load of my items removed recently for keyword spamming as I've wrote in my listing, which i thought you were allowed to...see my other auctions for more brands, fred perry lacoste etc.
Now I knew you couldn't do it in the title....but anyway, fair do's, it's not a problem not to do that.
But today I've had my listing removed for keyword spamming, titled

New K Shoes ladies Croc patent loafers BNIB size 7/41

!!!!!!.....took me a while to realise that they mean I'm spamming Crocs:mad:
I'm not, that is the style name of the shoe........
Ok Rant over...thanks!!!!
Never put off until tomorrow what you can avoid doing altogether.:D

    it's spelt d-e-f-i-n-i-t-e-l-y
there - 'in or at that place'
    their - 'owned by them'
    they're - 'they are'
it's bought not brought (i just bought my chicken a suit from that new shop for £6.34)

It is keyword spamming.. If someone is looking for authentic crocs then your item will come up and they are not crocs. You cannot spam the style of product, this has been an ebay rule for as long as i can remember. The same as saying 'tag hurer' style watch.

its NOT keyword spamming as the model of the shoes is called "Croc Loafers".

If she had put "like Crocs" in the title it would be, but as she is just advertising the brand name its not.

    Here's my theory.

    Someone has searched for 'Crocs'
Ebay's stupid searching system has thrown up similar listings, including your 'Croc'
They got peed off and reported you.

Unfortunately once you have warnings on your account ebay tend to act quickly on any other violations reported to them. As this seems to be a case of mistaken reporting I would certainly email ebay and explain that your item was listed correctly and did not in fact use a brand name as 'crocs' is the registered name not 'croc'.

i think they're being unecessarily harsh
i thought it was if you put "like crocs" (for example)
    go back to them

I presume as 'loafers' look nothing like 'Crocs' it's not as if you're trying to appeal to people looking for Crocs. Seems a bit harsh.

send an email to ebay explaining that it is the name of the item you are selling. I have had this type of thing in the past and ebay said sorry to me and let me list my items.
I expect you have been reported by someone and that was why your listing was removed.

Yes I suspect it is the cheeky !!!!!! who not only nicked my photos but typed his name on them to look like I was the one stealing:mad:
I managed to get about 10 of his things removed but god knows how many he had got away with previously.
He still has the cheek to photograph his stuff in the same way i do and copies my wording within an inch of me not being able to report.....we obviously buy from the same place.
The only good thig is I always get a better price:D
