Anyone heard of Girlings offering rented places for over 60's

I see that even though some rented places say long term it is not secure. For a couple in their early 60's this could prove very traumatic if forced to keep moving. I see one firm called Girlings who offer places for life for over 60's. Anyone heard of them? And I have no connection with them but am desparately seeking help for a stable housing solution.

Sorry, could you expand a bit more on your post - perhaps giving your present status - so that people know what you are asking?
And then maybe people will be able to offer advice.(AKA HRH_MUngo)

Imagine someone holding forth on biology whose only knowledge of the subject is the Book of British Birds, and you have a rough idea of what it feels like to read Richard Dawkins on theology: Terry Eagleton0 -

They look pricey though. All right for couples. But too pricey for singles unless you've got a private income of some considerable value.0 -

Couple 60 & 58 in same private rented place for 12 years but needing to move as it is far too big and become too expensive at £800 pm. Also imminently having to give up work due to ill health so will be looking at claiming pension tax credit, HB & CTB. Work pension from 20 years of service could be claimed but not worth a great deal. Not been able to put more into pension because of only been able to work part time for allthe time been in current house.
Thought of the usual AST rentals with no security of tenure is extremely stressful.0
