Is it possible to withdraw money from Paypal into Splash Plastic?

Hi MSF! I have a question. I do not want to give PayPal my official bank account details, as I have heard of lots of ID theft etc. Hence, I was wondering if it is possible to withdraw money from a PayPal account into a Splash Plastic card (or similar card).

    Might be possible if Splash Plastic provide you with a bank account number and sort code....not too sure how it works.

    Can anyone help please. I would like to know if anyone has ever used their splash plastic card to play the National-Lotery online and whether the card is accepted by the national-lottery?
