Collect locally items?

A few weeks ago there was a thread that gave you a website to look at local items for collection. I've had a wee shifty through the thread but cant find it. Anyone help out a silly woman? Thanks

Oh gosh, I'm a silly old woman who cant even explain what i want!!!! LOL

It was regarding ebay, collection only items, big and bulky stuff that you may get very cheap coz it needs to be collected.
