Re-citi Cards

Have recieved aletter from citicards saying that claims have been dismissed and said the courts have said that the policy is fair and inline with the OFT. I am trying to get back charges for my husbands acct charges total of
£686.00 with interest. Can anybody tell me what i should do next?:confused:

    Just sit tight. Nothing has yet been decided about the level of charges.

    It has been decided, as long as it is a credit card, the maxmium charge for going over your limit, not paying on time, or breaching other terms of the contract is £12. You can claim back the difference.

    I think jimbo26 has confused this with bank current account charges which is a separate issue.

    Yes you can, my mistake I was thinking of bank charges.

    I am claiming 1020.00 from citicards. after months of letters going backwards and forwards they have said get lost so have filled all the forms in and sent it of to the FOS. Fingers crossed.
    Would like to know if anyone has ever had any joy from citicards
