Who Do I Complain To?

I'm unable to get a response from the credit card company. Who do I complain to?
Details are that in March I was sent some credit card cheques in my name from Sky. Not only were they unsolicited, I have never held a Sky credit card!
I have written to them twice but have had no reply. I am unable to find a phone number that does not need an account number to access.
I am concerned that I am at risk from fraud.
So - who can I contact to complain that Sky will not respond?
Advice welcome.

However hard up you are, never accept loans from your friends. Just gifts

Are you sure they're actual cheques and not samples? If they're proper cheques they should have an account number on.0

Sky Credit Card: 01293 765470 - Card services

According to stoozing site, SkyCard is operated by Barclays, so could be worth calling them.
I bet if you were calling to apply for a card they'd be only to happy to speak to you
If no joy then complaint would be to the FOS (http://www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk/consumer/complaints.htm) not sure if they'll entertain it as you're not complaining about a product but about their sales techniques. Still, costs nothing to make the complaint and as far as I know it costs the companies to reply."A child of five could understand this. Fetch me a child of five." - Groucho Marx0 -

Yes they are real. But automated phone does not recognise it - not enough digits for a start. However hard up you are, never accept loans from your friends. Just gifts0 -

Thanks for suggestions. Not sure where to start with Barclays, but might give it a try before going to Ombudsman.
My complaint is not really about sales techniques - there's clearly a mistake here (maybe someone else has "my" card), and I want to be sure I'm not at risk from it.However hard up you are, never accept loans from your friends. Just gifts0
