    Hello,

If you do not have your P60 to hand, you can use your last payslip from March 2008. It should say tax period 12 or week 52.

Ok, get your last payslip as I said earlier, and then, the one month you did temp work- you can contact the agencies payroll and ask them for the total gross pay you received, then add it to your gross pay off your period 12/week52 payslip.

Thank you, I probably was not clear, but I only worked for the one month last year. Do i only need to know my gross pay was then? Many thanks.

    Sorry, I think I misunderstood aswell :-p
That's all you'll need, the gross pay from the agency.

The agency should have given you a P45 when you stopped working for them. That's provided you actually left their employ and are no longer on their books. If you are still on their books but you haven't done any more work for them then they should send you a P60 by the middle of May 2008.

BTW if you have received any taxable benefits like Incapacity Benefit or JSA you also need to declare those on the renewal form. Details of the amount paid to you can be obtained from DWP.
