paypal address not in payment emails

i have had 3 paypal payment emails today with no addresses on them.

not too much of a problem as i can get the addresses from ebay and paypal

just wondering if anyone else had this?

yeah, i have had a few over the last couple of days, just the odd one though - most still have the address on.
ive also not been getting the odd paypal notification of payment received email, though they have definately paid and its not in my spam folder either.

oh that reminds me, i've been getting best offer emails but not counter offer emails from ebay

This was highlighted last week on eBay's Powerseller forum, a 'pink' stated that they would pass the query onto Paypal although nothing from them since, although the transaction page has the full details

yes im getting this to today,its very annoying,i sell some items that have a colour choice and the buyers leave a note on the paypal email telling me which colour they want,now i need to log into paypal to find this and to double check thier address.

I've had this since the weekend, its annoying as the email is where I get the address from and then delete it, going to the paypal site or order details on ebay is long for me.

also, all the emails are coming to my main paypal email address, I have 2 email addresses within my paypal account, 1 for each of my selling ID's, and the emails for both my ID's are coming to my main email address.

the two problems must be connected.

i'm missing a paypal payment email from this morning now too, and just remembered i didn't receive one at the end of last week either.

hope they sort this out soon

This has happend to me too today. Not much of a problem as its only one thing. But I have quite a few things ending all at the same time soon.

Hope it gets sorted otherwise might be bit of a chore having to log into paypal to find the address.
