I recently done a balance transfer from my Barclaycard to vanquis card, this resulted in my vanquis card being in credit and they have now blocked my card. They are requesting proof of transfer before unblocking it, i have sent this 10 days ago and they are saying that they have not yet recieved it. Has anyone got any advice?
