Nutrition and Health Show on 24-25 September at Olympia. This is only the second year it's been running and I didn't go last year so no idea whether it's any good or not but the new shows tend to have the most freebies - I guess cos the pitches don't cost as much for the exhibitors.

Anyway - Ticketmaster are dealing with all advance ticket sales, tickets are normally £10 but by quoting the code 'RCDF' you can get them for £5 but only by phone (the website won't recognise the code). Tel: 0870 4000 889. If you want the tickets posted to you there's a £1.50 charge or you can pick them up on the day for no additional charge, they give you a reference number to quote when you pick them up and you need to take the card you book the tickets with. Any problems getting the tickets then the deal is "half price tickets for all Rosemary Conley Diet & Fitness Magazine readers" - this is not buy one get one free as some of the Ticketmaster staff seem to think, it is half price.
