Hey all, in the next couple of weeks I turn 18, and was now on a search for contract offers. At the moment I am on an o2 (genie or online what ever they call nowadays) and was after a better deal with a free phone :)

I rang o2 up as I saw the o2 rentention thread, but unfortunetly they have started a new quatre and wont be offering any 'beat and match' offers (or they just din't like me, )

So i just wanted to know which is the best network for value for money and customer servise i.e. would they give me a better deal towards the end of my contract.

So please vote!

T-Mobile are pretty good on CS in my experience, and their deals aren't terrible.

Three are marginally better value but have atrocious customer service, staffed by incompetent idiots in Bangalore who not only can't follow a reasoned conversation but also have no ability to resolve issues.
  • I cannot praise 3 enough. There coverage has not let me down and their customer service has been second to none.

I will definately be staying with them when my contract expires, regardless of the deal offered.

Been with Vodafone personally for 6 year ever since I was 18, had a aVodafone contract though overall for 8 years and every problem has been sorted very quickly.

My sister had a massive issue with Vodafone, but to their credit, they put everything right and she is happy with them still.

Wouldnt leave Vodafone unless the other deal was immense.

For confirmation: No, I'm not a 40 year old woman, I'm a 26 year old bloke!

Good review, but also difficult for you to compare with other networks.
