PC Help, have i been Hacked?

I don't know what to do and i'm so worried. My PC keeps crashing, i keep getting "so and so can't get through as timed out" i get this sort of message when i try to get into a certain website address and i can't get in because of this "timed out" thingy. Also my Mozilla Firefox crashed and all my bookmarks were lost..
I downloaded free Virus Checkers and they detected a Trojan, but i couldn't get it cleaned..

I'm so worried in case Hackers have stolen my credit/debit card info from my computer.. :mad:

Please can anyone help?

Sometimes i do yes, but when i try to click on a certain topic on here, it takes about 4 minutes to get through even though i'm on 2.2mb and i keep getting a messgae saying timed out..

Ok do this go to http://smb.sygate.com/products/spf_standard.htm get I mean download it then install it and get any required updates if asked, then run it.

Restart PC in safe mode by tapping F8 then do a scan

P.S any probs running a scan etc or downloading get back and we can sort (hopefully), there a good bunch on the Techie Forum

If you get the problem every hour on the hour dont worry
there is a problem with the sites servers, they do a refresh every hour.

Does it work with Moz Firefox? As when i try to download it, the page just goes white and when i tried to download it on internet Explorer, nothing happened..

Have you got a pop up blocker if so disable it for a mo.

Ok hang on a mo Im gonna upload AVG to my server just to see if ya can get it.

I've stopped the pop up- blocker now, but still nothing is happening..geez this would only happen to me
