Internet Telecom/IT Plus/ITplc

Changed my service to this company over a year ago, mainly because of cheap line rental (£6.17 pm inc VAT).

Was able to use 18866/1899 until fairly recently, but now barred. Can still use freephone access: all geographical calls cost 3p per call with 1899.

Have broadband.

If I do not use an override, calls are billed per minute, but their minimum charge can be as low as 1.175p.

Their line rental/call plans are more expensive for new customers, unfortunately.

On the whole 100% happy with them!
RIP independent MSE.

1.There min term is for one year, and if you dont cancel by the anniversary of the contract,it will run for another year.
2.They reserve the right to change prices without notice .
3.They bar access to alternative suppliers.(apart from freephone loophole).
    4.They charge for CLI.BT dont.
5.Customers over 60 cant sign up apparently, there system doesnt allow it online?

I think i will stick with BT for the forseeable future in conjunction with 1899/18866.

This was discussed in more detail in this thread and specifically post 3 & 4 as unless things have changed it may have only included office hours repairs and had to pay extra to include out of hours and priority repairs, and other restrictions and fees.

Personally though, I wouldn't use them at all.
