Sites remembering my computer

Hello there and firstly thanks in advance for any help offered.
I belive that there is a website that if you visit it tells you if sites remember yuor computer. Im trying very hard to explain myself. Its like when I swich my coputer on and go to ebay it recognises me, but when my hubby does it they still think my hubbies me.
I dont want this to happen. The reason being that i very well known piggie sounding site has suspended my account as it thinks mine and my hubbies accounts are being run by the same people when there not.
I have been on the site that im looking for before but that was with an older computer so I want to double check please with this computer. It was mentioned also on the long running piggie post over on the other board. Im trying to get our accounts up and running again so wish me luck

  • It has to do with cookies. If you do not want to be remembered then you need to delete all your cookies. In Internet Explorer go to Tools> Internet Options> Delete cookies and then click ok in the dialog box.

    Hope this helps

The cookies are recognising the computer so that's why it thinks that you are one person. If you delete all cookies though you probably can't get onto the site anyway as using cookies will be part of the way they operate and what you sign up to when you join them.
