T mobile pics
could someone tell me why my wifes T mobile phone cannot accept pictures from other networks and wont send them, i would call them up but this is time consuming and most of the time the people answering the call do not understand me or vice versa. would be grateful to know!! ta in advance :mad:

Probably needs a sim update. I know contacting network operators can be a pain in the bum, but in this case the likelyhood is thats what you need to do.
All it takes is them to send a text to the phone to update the settings for the gprs and she should be able to send them.
If you dont want to call, pop into your local mobile phone shop and ask if they would mind doing it for you. If your anywhere near swansea pop in and see me and i'll do it gladly.!!!

im on t-mobile and they are a pain with pic's messages they set them up if you phone the customer services but even then they dont always work.0

i was on my samsung d500 today and it popped and smoke came out the phone was completely knackered it has been sent away as it was under warranty, i just wanted to alert people and wondered if it happened to anyone else. by the way thanks for the response to my other thread i spent nearly an hour on the phone to Tmobile and they were still unable to to fix the problem with my wifes phone...0
