Flying London to Washington to Caribbean to London Advice

Hi,
Does anyone have any advice regarding a multi(ish) stop flight from London to Washington to Caribbean and then back to London around late october?
I'm not sure where in the Caribbean yet - was going to see what good prices I could find and then read up once I know what is wuithin my price range.
I have tried a few websites but the best price I can find so far is around £1,200 per person (Cheapest was Cayman / Puerto Rico / Aruba).
Has anyone done anything similar before - is this the kinda price I will have to pay? On the other hand can anyone reccomend any good websites / travel agencies that would cater for this type of package?; So far I have only managed to find a handful of websites that offer multistop flights.
Any help would be most welcome

Bertie - Thankyou for this website - It is very useful, I now have it as one of my faverites.
Also I have managed to find an agent that can sell me flights with American Airlines London to Washington to Martinique / Puerto Rico / Guardeloupe and Back to London, all direct (no stops in Miami) for around £750 although not as cheap - still good methinks.
For anyone that is interested they are called Travel Nation and their number is 0845 3444 225.0 -
I think that you will be on a codeshare flight on the way back as AA don't fly direct from the places you have stated to the UK. If you are deffinately on AA plane then you will have to stop in the US but you could be on a BA plane back from the carribbean. Get you TA to give you the flight numbers and then look them up on the AA website.**BERTIE**Did you Know: It costs more than £325,000 a day to run the lifeboat service?
