From Monday 31st March 2008 VM will be offering a free Wireless router for those on cable broadband.

To get the free router you need to upgrade to L (4Mbit/10Mbit) or XL (20Mbit) broadband and remain on that package for 12 months, or be a new customer to L or XL and remain on that package for 12 months.

Make sure you confirm with Virgin Media that you will get the free router as they are known to try and get away with not giving out the free items.
It's PAC not PAC Code, it's MAC not MAC Code, it's PIN not PIN Number, it's ATM not ATM Machine, it's LCD not LCD Display, it's DVD not DVD disc... It's no one not noone, It's a lot not alot, It's got not gotten... Panini is the plural of panino - there is no S!!
(OK my English isn't great, the sciences, maths & IT are my strong points!)

Virgin will charge you 7.50 p+p for your free router.

So it is not entirely free

£7.50 if you are on the XL broadband and want the router.

If you are on M or L and upgrade to a higher service, then it's free and no P&P.

You must remain on the package for 12 months.

The router has to be returned if you leave.

If you give them a call, they'll give you the details.
