Had just signed up to Uk online - then read comments on this site.
Tried to talk to customer services - impossible - waited total of an hour then gave up.
As couldn't talk to them - emailed to cancel - had found out there 10 day cooling off period - no reply.
So - if you want to do the same - and if you paid by their worldpay process - using your worldpay password that you should of been given when signing up - go to your account and look at agreements - click on change details - then given option to cancel - had email confirmation from worldpay in 10 mins.
Dont know if UK online have been deluged with customers because they were featured on this site - but DO know they are not coping. Did get to speak to their sales line - they said that they were "told to say will be connected within 12-15 days" - they obviously didnt believe that.

Is this the same as the Uk One Account? thats run through Bloomley who are in severe financial difficulties? well thats if they are still surviving. If it is i took an account out with them over 12 months ago only they said they had to up grade me with BT to increase the speed for the ADSL(?) only they didn't upgrade ,e and i never got to use their service. Last November i had Bloomley onthe phone demanding £300 payment from me for a service i never received. I told them to stuff it i actually had right on my side as i had not received any service and was told by the service provider that Bloomley were chasing debt because they were going bust. If this is the same them Bloomley going bust stuffed up the internet provider. They annoying thig is that they have on recently released my BT line from them even though they were requested to do so last November.0
