Hi all

Im jsut in the process of moving house

I have wasted lots of time due to big name esate agents messing us about - 3 houses lost


good tip

if you sell your house and they keep the sale board up for far too long -

when the invoice comes - explain you are charging them for the extra advertising time - at the pirce of the invoice -

3 friends have done this and not been charged for the sale fo their house

I find this hard to believe - EA's are not known for giving up so easily the commission they've earned.

I can't see how having a board standing there for a few weeks would be worth £1,000 - £3,000 or more in advertising.

Anyway, it's your garden, you can just lay the board down when you're fed up with it.
