Tescos are rubbish

I have shopped with them in the past, on line that is but they were always getting it wrong. I thought I might give it another go so I rang the customer service dept and said not shopped for a while, is there any money off vouchers you could offer me.... NO!! not shopping there then-simple.
I thought it was a little crazy not to want to get people shopping with them again, and she was rude!

Is it just me or are they actually the worst supermarket ever!

The quality and cost of fruit and veg is the worst, and their special offers in store, are not really that special anymore.

I want to moan about Iceland!

I emailed Iceland and asked them if they had any special codes for 1st time internet orders and the reply said not at the moment, we will contact you when we have.

Havn't heard anything even though there are obviously some out there that are valid until December. I've spotted three on here that entitle you £10 off £50 or £40 shop etc and are still valid.

Not very good customer services there either, especially for 1st time customers or welcoming back old customers as tislittleme said!

I've had two dealings with tesco online.
First I wanted a camera for my daughter for Christmas two years ago. Took my money in November and told me in December I wouldn't get it til January.

Last week I ordered a couple of phones they were advertising at 14.99.
Tracked my order which showed dekivered. Wondered who they'd delivered it to. Rang them and they said they hadn't any but didn't take them off the site. Plus as an added bonus their telesales are the rudest I've ever come across.
    Dont use em!!!!!
  • Tescos are making ?? cash in profits per year, perhaps the are getting 'a bit too big for their boots' . Customers put them there and we can also stop shopping there too !!
Rubbish.... lost me anyhow, not the first time I have had carp service from them, this just proves they don't care.
  • Thanks mrcow for the codes you posted for Tesco. I have just saved myself £10 off an internet order, plus you never spend as much when you do it on line!!

Tesco's are a bit crappy, but it is cheaper that Sainsburys ;)

  • Well, sugarmouse, that depends on if you use the £10 off codes and the free choccies code too for Sainsburys ;) It has worked for me and the driver was so friendly, everthing present and correct.

    Good luck then!
Used a £10 eVoucher at tesco last week, accepted on the web site, but when they delivered the shopping they refused to honour the code and charged me full price!

No explination or anything. needless to say I wasn't happy!

I recently started online shopping with Tesco and have used a code for every shop (about 4 times) and they've honoured the code everytime. If it went through during checkout it should have been ok. There are certain codes they wont accept e.g 1st time shop only, min spend or expired coupons.

Did you contact them and ask them why? :-/

Should have sent the lot back- hee hee! ;)
