Our buyers buyer has pulled out and she needs to sell fast for personal reasons.
It was valued at 265 and she accepted 225 - what kind of figure would she be looking at from these companies ?
It's a 5 bed house.
She does not want to rent it back just get rid of it ASAP - anyone got any recomendations I can pass on to her ?
