WSL Iceland Clearance of Chicken Breast in a curry sauce 50p

Just found loads of the following in the clearance section in my local Iceland:

Sun Valley Chicken Breast in a curry sauce 600g serves 4 ( packet does NOT include rice) for 50p.

Have not tried it yet - guess what we are having for lunch!!

Had lunch now - very enjoyable curry, quite mild, similar to our local chinese take away chicken curry. Hubby and I found the portion to be about right for the 2 of us - not bad for 50p.

Off to Iceland now to get some more.

I know it is going to be something obvious but can you just let me know what WSL in a thread title means?

While Stocks Last - actually had it before - not bad for a quick meal - wouldn't serve 4 - well not in my house anyway.

we had this the other night - the sauce is a bit runny, but there are lots of chicken pieces in it - i would say it serves a family of 4, as in 2 adults, 2 children, but 4 adults might be a stretch (based on how much my OH eats)

iceland also have bags of ready cooked pilau rice for 50p a bag, so works out a quick cheap meal

I have several packets which I bought when I saw it a few weeks back. If you like curry, this IS'NT for you, but if you like the curry sauce from chip shops, then this could be what you are looking for. Bit runny though, but cheap enough to dip your chips in. Possible base for a homemade curry.
