hi my sister won something off ebay last week quite a lot of money...and still hasnt got it she has emailed the seller and nothing has been emailed back. im just wondering if you can people information through ebay so that i can ring her.

How long ago exactly did she win, what is the sellers feedback like and how did she pay? Also, roughly how much ? £100, £200? Don't give the exact amount if you ar enot comfortable, just say over or below £150 and over and below £500 as those are the paypal cut offs.

under £100 she won it last sunday but on the postage it said nextday specail delivery....she paid through paypal....or creditcard....seller feedback is good but hasnt got much only like 31 or so.....2010 Wins

has she contacted the seller? If so what have they said. If not email seller now and ask for posting details.
If special was the posting method offered it still does not mean it will have been sent next day, only that *when* it was sent then it would go special.
If seller does not respond then after a full week has elapsed since payment an item not received claim via paypal can be opened.
