Buyer claiming not as described...help

Just got an email from paypal claiming item not as described...
Buyer bought 3 shower curtains at buy it now. Photobucket pictures used so Item is very clear...although the gallery photo is a very similar animal print and I clearly state that that photo is for illustration purposes as the print differs slightly but just to give an idea of how good it could look...it shows it in a nice bathroom, with plenty of plants growing, whereas my curtain is still in packaging but the design still shows clearly. I also show the back of the packaing which has a photo of it hanging, again close up.
I provide measurements etc and I've sold abour 20 with great responses.
The thing is she hasn't emailed me to complain, she has just gone straight in with a paypal claim. The other thing the buyer was from america so the postage was £15, they bought each curtain for £7.50.
I'm really annoyed as their claim is not justified....what would you do.....I'm tempted on the full refund on return of item option as the tracking costs etc will be expensive....but I'm not too keen on having to cough up the full refund including the original postage costs.
Will I be wasting my time disputing this.
The other option is offer a partial refund...but don't know how much they would want:confused: .
I am 99.9% feedback with over 2000 score...... would have been 100% if it weren't for another american idiot giving me a negative because i dared to complain because she said her daughter bid by accident...incidently this was for the same shower curtain:mad:

I think you are on a loser, Paypal always seems to support buyer in such situations. I guess the moral is never send overseas?

All you can do is explain your side to paypal, what will go against her is that she never contacted you 1st, if paypal find in her favour she'll be told to retuen the items at her own cost, and paypal will take the original money out of your paypal account, so you would end up out of pocket for the postage paid.

Does she say exactly what the problem is ?

I know its a pain but if she returns them
she is going to be out of pocket for the
    return postage,so perhaps she may
    reconsider the situation,myself I would
never offer a partial refund because you
do get people trying it on.
I would rather be out of pocket on the postage.

You may find that if you say refund on return
of goods in the condition they were sent
they may change their mind.Is it worth her while
to return these to you ? Because it will cost her
the same to return them and she has to provide
tracking details on the paypal dispute before they
will consider refunding her.Not the cheapest
postal option for her.I would call her bluff and
insist on a return. In the past when this has
happened to me they have mostly backed off.

i completely agree with the above post, when she realises how much it will cost her to send them tracked she will probably change her mind. definately dont offer a partial refund

I don't have a problem sending overseas, although i stick to europe if item was quite heavy....I didn't imagine anyone would buy 3 curtains.
Oh well you win some you lose some....looks like I will be getting my 3rd totally undesreved neg coming....that is the most annoying thing:mad:

I don't think thats a good idea, i for one tick the box at the side when doing a search to only show items using paypal as a payment option.
