House sale not showing up

Good morning all,
Earlier today I looked at one ot the online 'sold price' sites to see what prices were being achieved in our area. However I noted all of the sales I know about are on there except my house. We bought it in oct '07, do these sites sometimes have sales missing or could there be a problem with or deeds or the registry of our house?
Any info to put me at ease would be greatful.
Thanks
Phil

Same thing happened for my flat, bought in 2005. No record of it at all on the sold prices sites! I did sell it end of last year with no problmes though, so it obviously was registered officially in my name somewhere. Look on the bright side, when it comes for you to sell no-one will know what you paid for it(unless they pay the land reg fee to find out).0

Ditto with me. Bought 2006 and I was worried as it wasn't on nethouseprices. It still isn't. I actually checked with Land Reg and it was all correctly done and registered with them. I posted the same qestion on here - conclusion was these online price sites don't pick up all the info for whatever reason. There was nothing strange about mine ie price range, title etc - some just get missed off the 'lists' these online companies acquire. If you're worried do a Land Reg search yourself on your title, costs £3.0

Thanks everyone, puts my mind at ease.

Don't worry about it, Phil - it is only recently that the Land Registry have started to make a note on the title of the sale price of each property. Perhaps yours was registered prior to this new process. If you have a copy of the "Official Copy of Register Entries" (i.e. your title deeds) which clearly shows your name as the registered proprietor, then there should be no problem! If in doubt, obtain legal advice....
I hope this helps.:A FLY FIRST, KNIT LATER :A0
