my best friends daughter has extra big toes. well i mean she has 2 big toes on each foot along with the normal toes. so her feet are very wide and can not get shoes to fit. she has now started to stand up and we think it may be a idea to try daisy roots or inch blues as they are soft, but dont want to buy any just in case they do not fit. i was wondering if any one has any old ones they could part with. thank you in advance.

she needs a bit of work doing. two fingers on both hands are webed as is/was her thumbs, she also had an extra diget on her little finger on both hans and one of her thumbs has two thumb bones in it. they have started to do the operations but it seems to be taking a long time. all of her toes are webbed together as well. from what her mum and dad have said they are going to do her hands first. and the rate they are getting things done she will be getting on for 3 when they get to her toes.Smile and be happy, things can usually get worse!0

We may well have a pair somewhere that I wouldn't dream of trying to sell! They have boats (or trains) on them, and I think were six months to a year size ... very boyish ... we leant them to a nephew whose mummy didn't really seem too bothered about keeping them in good nick (that said, we never really used them, and they put shoes on him ALL the time). I'll see if I can find them for you if you'd like. PM me if you want them?Official DFW Nerd Club - Member no. 002 :rotfl:0

You can get shoes very similar to Daisy Roots / Inch Blue at Next for about £7. You could buy a pair of these as a trial as they are much cheaper than the other brands. You could also try a NCT nearly new sale, or have a look at the sales at Blooming Marvellous and John Lewis to see if any are reduced.
Good luck.0 -
