Thanks OP, in response to your suggestion of checking your country, when I clicked on the store locator tab on the left, it showed locations in Canada only! As I'm in the UK, I don't expect they'll post here, so I won't bother applying! Thanks anyway!

If you tick ' consumer ' on the sign-up page, then click continue it takes you to another page.
On this second page, there is the drop down list for many countries including the UK.

I haven't sent off for this, as I don't have a pet. Hope that helps.
