Great close up photo though! But I can see your point about not being told..did you see someone take your photo? You may walk and you may run
You leave your footprints all around the sun
And every time the storm and the soul wars come
You just keep on walking0 -
The first question is did you give them permission to use it? If they took your photo with the intention to use it then they should have gotten your permission.Debts: Gym £[strike]465.75[/strike] Student account [strike]£1039.88[/strike] Overdraft [strike]£129.00[/strike] Credit Card [strike]£2772.22[/strike] Loan [strike]£6222.01 [/strike]
Total £10628.86
All paid off! 10/03/2009 :j0 -

That's freaky, do you feel a bit like somebody has been spying on you?!
May seem a silly question, but is it definitely you? xGone ... or have I?0 -
I believe that in the UK, you don't need someones permission to take their photo and use it for commercial purposes, unless they specifically say you can't.0

UK law is very weak in this area so unless you want to take it to the high court there is nothing you can do about it.0
-
But you could speak to them,or write preferably and ask them why they didnt ask you?0
