Has anyone noticed anything strange with their account since bt takeover?
First off i should have a fixed ip number. When i check using online programs it appears i still do and it points to a Brightview server. However when i log into my account it says i dont have a static ip and it gives a different ip number which traces to a plusnet/bt server.
I am also receiving emails saying i have exceeded my 5gb usage when the figures via the account online show i have not. However the figures online dont match up! Different pages show different start dates for my "month". Apparently on the first day of my new month i have used over 2gb on the summary page and 10mb (which is somewhere near) on the details page
I urge all Madasfish customers to log into their online accounts and check that their usage figures look correct and that their ip address is reported correctly.
Has anyone been charged for going over their monthly usage? I had an email but it did not show up on the bill!
Is it possible to be connected to 2 servers at the same time?
