Can you take any returns back to a store? or do you have to pay to post them back to Joules?

My SIL loves Joules and asked for a voucher for her Xmas present last year. I didn't realise until I bought the same for her this year that Joules won't let you use their own vouchers against sales items. How riduculous is that! And the vouchers are now on-line only, even if you have a store near you, like my SIL.

Next year I'll give her the cash - I'm so cross with them, after all, it is like saying, we've got your money, but we'll retrict what we'll let you have with it.

There is not much left in the sale now when I went on earlier, some things are a bit like Boden. But nothing in the sale is!
