i have a brother dcp110c and it keeps saying unable to clean black and as such it wont let me print, does anyone know how i can cancel the task, thanks in advance

Take out the cartridges and put them back in, see if that makes a difference. If not try swapping the black for a new cartridge.0

ive found out what the problem is, it needs the ink absorber replacing but ive been told it can only be done by an engineer0
