Hot in April

Looking for a hol for April time....
I like it hot!
There will be two of us and we need a nice hotel (doesn't need 5* but definitely not 2*!)
I have so far got a shortlist:
Goa
Gambia
Cape Verde
Mexico
Looking for AI or SC where is it cheap and nice to do so...
Are there any other places where will be hot in April time etc??
Prob want to spend under 600 each.
Flying from Manchester.
Please help me decide!
