I haven't been asked to do this before but buyer wants to pay this way and has asked for name of my bank and account number but they are in spain.....is this firstly safe, as they can easily get my other details through ebay and secondly will it be Euros as that is no good to me....thanks in advance

It's safe. They NEED to pay in euros and select shared charges... if they pay in sterling there will be charges to pay.
You need to supply your IBAN / BIC no. / account number, that should cover it.My TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0 -
So I will get euros then?
Sorry if sounding thick but don't know what IBAN and BIC no are0 -
IBAN - international banking somethingorother
If you ask your bank they can tell you what they are... or they might be on your statement.
