Customer Care (Tesco)

Hi i know that this post is nothing to do with money saving, i am a student and currently doing customer care part of my assessment is to evaluate a company and I have been nominated Tesco i have had alot of information off there website etc but cant find anything on Customer Care Policy, methods used to gain customer feedback and what is done with it and finally what tesco core values are????

if anyone can help it would be much appreciated i have tried the customer service centre but they are hopeless they keep telling me to look at the website!!!!!!!!!!!
