I bought some jewerlly on the 11th of Jan and sent a cheque first class on 12th
Seller marked it payment received 16th
Item states it would be sent out first class post but have had nothing yet
I asked have you had a chance to post yet, Do you think it was to early to do this or have I left it long enough

If they received it on the 16th it now takes 6 working days to clear so that would make it 23/24th before it clears depending when they paid it in, maybe just send a polite email asking them if the cheque has cleared0

The item is shown as payment received 16th and posted 18th
Seller states HI, YES I POSTED THEM THE SAME DAY I RECIEVED YUR PAYMENT YOU SHOULD HAVE RECIEVED THEM BY NOW
It was meant to be first class postage
If it doesnt arrive next week how long do you have to wait to claim of royal mail if it is missing and who claims the seller or the buyer
Our postman is my dads friend and dont think it has got lost that way but it could have went missing on the way to our local depot

Claims are taking ages as well, approx 3 months from date item was actually sent, so you may have a long wait if your seller waits for her own refund first.
