Shill Bidding

I've just done some investigating and found that i've been had by a seller shill bidding. i went on this website http://auctionpix.co.uk/shill/220187485880.html
and noticed that most of the bidders have similer names and low feedback also the same name appears many times. Is there anything i can do now or is it too late. I have left feedback already.
Thanks Catherine

email the seller and tell them that unless they refund the diffenence between what you paid and what you would have paid without the shill bidding then you will report them to ebay. then report them whether they refund you or not.0

Just emailed her, thanks for your help

If somebody has the time, could they (OP?) explain to me how this website works - auctionpix - How do you know it's a definite case of shell bidding? If it is, the person should really be reported to ebay, shouldn't they?

its possible shill bidding but not proven in my opinion. 2 events/items does not make a cast iron case.
i often bid for items with a few sellers ive used before, and often dont win the item. but i dont actually know these sellers.Get some gorm.0 -
Personally I can't see any justification for reporting as shill bidding.
Having looked at the history of the bidders in that auction all seems good to me.0 -
Let's hope the OP hasn't emailed the seller accusing them of shill bidding and demanding money off under threat of being reported.0

same here:T Thanks to all lovely MSE'rs - you are great friends :T0 -
I do hope you have not accused the seller of shill bidding as that is not shill bidding. What I do find puzzling though is the fact that you bid late in the auction when the price was £27.99 and you appear not to be happy with the price.
It is also odd that johntheplate bids £x.99, that is irrational0 -
Shill bidding might be annoying (as others have said there is no evidence of it in this case), but there shouldn't be a way you can be 'had' by it. Put the price in you want to pay, you can't then pay more than it. In this case your bid was placed after all other bids and was the lowest price you could pay at the time.
I always say that in cases of shill bidding the best punishment is to let the seller buy back his own items, thus paying more fees..0 -
i think johntheplate is a shill bidder here, he has bid on at least 7 of her items - won 1 back in july 05, he has probably bid on more but you cant see the bidding history for transactions over 90 days old. the items he bids on are all different sizes and they dont seem like the type of items you would buy to sell on.0
