    what gets me with the code is how can i tell zero and the letter O apart??? im sure thats the one that gets me the error.

    Zero is thin. Letter o is round and fat. Compare 0 O (zero and o)

    Definately says you've the wrong code if it picks the same one twice.

    ~Talking of saying codes are in correct, that b....Pirelli woman was the worst for that. I felt like smacking her more than once, as only the first time I entered was the code correct, and subsequently had to type in code twice for every entry.
  • Kirsteenatom is right - click on the code picture itself to reveal a new one, then type that. Strange set-up, but it works :-)
