Nationwide Loan

Could someone help me!!!

I got in to arrears on my unsecured loan and aftering some discussions with Nationwide decided i could increase my payments a extra £20.00 a month to cover arrears (800.00 arrears) have be paying this nicely until November when i got a letter from there Solicitors saying i had not sent a payment in November ( i did but Nationwide say they didn't get) and therefore it has defaulted and passed to them to take proceedings or a one of settlement figure.

Couldn't get the money in time to do the one-off settlement figure, so back end of November i received papers from cardiff County Court to complete and confirm how much i could pay the £130.00 a month that i was already paying and clearly stated payment could only be made on 28th of the month.

On 21 december i received notification of the "Judgment for Claimant" (after determination) and said this bascially the courts had made the order on its own initiative without ahearing and that the claimant had objected to my rate of pay and that the courts have therefore decided that i should pay £175.00 per month stating from 18 January 2008 and that if i object would have to do in 7 days ( not likely when it was xmas!!!)

Today i have come home to a Notice of Transfer of Proceedings to my local county court to deal with the claimant's application for redetermination and that i should be hearing from the court with a time,date and place of hearing.

I would just like to know why this is happening when i have not paid any money yet and if i should with hold paying anything on 18th january.
