White Chocolate sponge cake

I am making a b/day cake for Oh half tomorrow - with the children - was planning to do a basic choc sponge cake, but was wondering if I could incorporate white chocolate into it, any thoughts?

I have wondered this myself before. I normally use a white chocolate fudge type filling, rather than experiment with the sponge mix.

I think you could melt white choc and pour into mix, I do this with the brownies that I make and they come out fine.

Make sure the chocolate you use is not a soya one (I think Sainsburys own is) as it does not like being heated.
