Yes. After you enter your answers and review the results, the screen changes to one where you're asked for your email address.

@LagrangeL2 Thanks, weirdly I don't remember that!! I must have put it in as it said "thank you for your entry" 🙃 I tried it again and saw where to put my email. I used a different one, just in case!
