BONUS ENTRIES: Once the Initial Entry is received, eligible Entrants may then receive up to one hundred and four (104) Bonus Entries. Bonus Entries are not required to enter the Promotion but give you additional entries to the Promotion. Entry Limit:

Regardless of the method(s) used to obtain entry into this Promotion, there is a limit of one hundred and five (105) entries per person during the entire Promotion Period, equivalent to one (1) Initial Entry and one hundred and four (104) Bonus Entries. If more than the stated number of entries are received from the same person, telephone number and/or e-mail address then all of that person’s entries may, at the Promoter’s sole discretion, be disqualified. Entrants are prohibited from using more than one (1) e-mail address, telephone number, or multiple identities. If it is found or suspected that an Entrant is using more than one e-mail address or multiple identities to participate in the Promotion, then that Entrant, in Promoter’s sole discretion, will be disqualified. RANDOM DRAWING / NOTIFICATION: There will be one (1) random drawing held in this Promotion at SMT's offices.  Between October 30, 2026, and November 7, 2026, SMT will randomly select five hundred seventy-one (571) prize winners using random electronic software from all valid and eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The first name to be drawn will be the Grand Prize Winner. The next six (6) names to be drawn will be the first prize winners (each, a “First Prize Winner”). The next sixty-seven (67) names to be drawn will be the second prize winners (each, a ”Second Prize Winner”). The next one hundred and ninety-one (191) names to be drawn will be the third prize winners (each, a “Third Prize Winner”). The next three hundred and six (306) names to be drawn will be the fourth prize winners (each, a “Fourth Prize Winner”).  The odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The prize winners are each considered a prize winner pending verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules but are subject to disqualification as set out in these Official Rules. 

Notification / Verification: The prize winners will be notified by SMT via email within one (1) to three (3) business days from the date in which the drawing takes place (“Email Notification”). Within three (3) business days from receipt of the Email Notification, the prize winners will be required to respond to the email confirming their acceptance of the prize.  The Grand Prize Winner will be required to complete and return “Required Documents” as further described in the “PRIZE CLAIMS” section below. Once a prize winner has responded to the Email notification, SMT will take approximately seven (7) days to complete its verification process. Verified prize winners will receive their prize within four (4) to six (6) weeks or less from the date on which SMT completed its verification process.

SMT will only make two (2) attempts within three (3) business days to reach the prize winners via the Email Notification process outlined above. In the event a prize winner does not respond to either Email Notification, the original prize winner will be disqualified, and an alternate will be selected from the remaining non-winning eligible entries received during the Promotion Period and notified as outlined above. If a prize winner is disqualified, found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, or declines to accept the respective prize, the respective prize will be awarded to an alternate as outlined above. 

SMT will attempt to notify the prize winners as set forth above, but none of SMT (or any other Promotion Entity) is responsible for any undelivered e-mails, including without limitation e-mails that are not received because of the prize winner’s privacy or spam filter settings which may divert any Promotion e-mail, including any winner notification e-mail, to a spam or junk folder. The Promoter’s decisions with respect to the selection of the prize winners shall be based on their sole discretion and interpretation of these Official Rules and are final and binding in all respects. 

PRIZE CLAIMS:  Except where prohibited, after the Grand Prize Winner has confirmed their acceptance of the prize, the Grand Prize Winner may be required to complete, execute and return additional documents, including an IRS Form W-8BEN (“W8BEN”) required by Promoter (collectively, the “Required Documents”) within five (5) business days  of receipt of the Required Documents. If the Grand Prize Winner fails to return the Required Documents within the time period required, or if the email is returned as undeliverable, such Grand Prize Winner forfeits his/her right to the Grand Prize and an alternate will be notified as outlined in the “RANDOM DRAWING/NOTIFICATION” section above, even if the disqualified Grand Prize Winner’s name may have been publicly announced.  If it is determined by the Promoter, in its sole discretion, that a Grand Prize Winner is not eligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, the Grand Prize Winner forfeits his/her right to the Grand Prize and an alternate  Grand Prize Winner will be selected and notified as outlined in the “RANDOM DRAWINGS/NOTIFICATION” section above, even if the disqualified Grand Prize Winner’s name may have been publicly announced. In the event a Grand Prize Winner is disqualified for any reason in accordance with these Official Rules, neither Joint Promoters nor Administrator shall have any liability or obligation to such individual.

TAXES: Upon request from the Promoter, the prize winner(s) will promptly complete and submit to the Promoter all tax forms, certificates, authorisations or any other documents as may be necessary to comply with the applicable tax laws required for US based Promoters issuing prizes to residents of the UK or Germany. If required by law, the Promoter reserves the right to withhold and remit to the appropriate taxing authorities the amount of any tax or taxes due.

Travel Details: Neither Visa nor Promoter or other Promotion Entities are responsible for flight cancellations, delays, or additional fees (e.g. baggage, seat upgrades) incurred at the time of travel.  The e-Gift Card and the Prepaid Visa Cards are not redeemable for cash (and the Visa Prepaid Cards cannot be used for cash withdrawals). No transfer or substitution of a prize is permitted, except at Promoter’s sole discretion or as otherwise provided herein. EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, PRIZES ARE AWARDED “AS IS” AND PROMOTER DOES NOT MAKE (AND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR) ANY REPRESENTATIONS, GUARANTEES OR EXPRESS WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, , IN FACT OR IN LAW, RELATING TO ANY PRIZE, AND ALL SUCH WARRANTIES ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED. Except as otherwise set forth herein, unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. All other costs and expenses not expressly set forth herein shall be solely Prize Winner’s responsibility. Prizes are non-transferable and no prize substitution, exchange or cash equivalent will be allowed, except by Joint Promoters, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in case of unavailability of the prize or force majeure, at Promoters' sole and absolute discretion. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Joint Promoters and Administrator shall only be liable for damages caused by them or one of their vicarious agents through intent or gross negligence or through the breach of cardinal obligations. This shall not apply to damages resulting from injury to life, limb, and/or health; in such cases, we shall be liable without limitation. Including but not limited to, Promoters and Administrator are not liable for (i) lost, late, incomplete, stolen, inaccurate, delayed, misdirected, postage  due or undeliverable entries, e-mail/text notifications, postal mail or other communications of any kind, (ii) any computer, telephone, satellite, cable, network, electronic or internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, or availability; (iii) garbled, corrupt or jumbled transmissions, service provider/network accessibility, availability or traffic congestion; (iv) any technical, mechanical, printing or typographical, human or other error or problem relating to or in connection with the Promotion, whether in connection with the administration of the Promotion, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes, or in any Promotion-related materials; (v) the incorrect or inaccurate capture of registration information or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information; (vi) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, technical error, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to the Promotion (viii) entries that are late, forged, lost, misplaced, misdirected, tampered with, incomplete, deleted, damaged, garbled or otherwise not in compliance with the Official Rules.

By entering the Promotion, each Entrant agrees (i) to be bound by these Official Rules, including entry requirements; (ii) to forever and irrevocably agree to release and hold harmless Promoters and Administrator from any and all claims, lawsuits, judgments, causes of action, proceedings, demands, fines, penalties, liability, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees) that may arise in connection with: (a) the Promotion, including, but not limited to, any Promotion-related activity or element thereof, and the Entrant’s entries, participation or inability to participate in the Promotion; (b) the violation of any third-party privacy, personal, publicity or proprietary rights; (c) acceptance, attendance at, receipt, travel related to, participation in, delivery of, possession, defects in, use, non-use, misuse, inability to use, loss, damage, destruction, negligence or willful misconduct in connection with the use of a prize (or any component thereof); (d) any change in the prizing (or any components thereof); (e) human error; (f) any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized act or omission on the part of the Promoters or Administrator; (g) lost, late, stolen, misdirected, damaged or destroyed prizing (or any element thereof); or (h) the negligence or willful misconduct by Entrant.

If, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoters and/or the Administrator, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, Promoter reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. In the event that the Promotion is terminated early, the Promoter shall select winners from among valid and eligible entries received prior to such cancellation, termination, modification or suspension. In no event will more prizes be awarded than are stated in these Official Rules.      

UK: Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits the Promotion Entities liability for: (i) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (ii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (iii) any matter in respect of which it would be unlawful to exclude or restrict liability.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS PROMOTION, INCLUDING THE PRIZES, ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT EXPRESS WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

DISPUTES: UK: These Official Rules are governed by English law.  This means that your entry into, and participation with, the Promotion, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection therewith (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be governed by English law. However, if you are a resident of Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland then you will still benefit from any mandatory local law protections provided to consumers under Scottish, Welsh or Northern Irish law (as applicable).  

You may bring any dispute which may arise under these Official Rules to, at your discretion, either the competent court of England, or to the competent court of your country of habitual residence if this country of habitual residence is within the UK, which courts are (with the exclusion of any other court) competent to settle any such dispute. This means that, for example, if you are a resident of Scotland then you may bring such a dispute to the courts of Scotland or England.

We will bring any dispute which may arise under these Official Rules to the competent court of your country of habitual residence within the UK.

Germany: The Promotion is subject exclusively to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded.

PRIVACY:  By entering the Promotion, each Entrant acknowledges and agrees that any personal data processed by or on behalf of Visa in connection with this Promotion will be processed in accordance with Visa’s Privacy Notice which is available at [For the UK:  https://www.visa.co.uk/legal/global-privacy-notice.html ] / [For Germany:  https://www.visa.de/nutzungsbedingungen/visa-globale-datenschutzmitteilung.html ].  In particular, Visa will share personal data with the Administrator for the purpose of assisting with the administration of the Promotion.

PUBLICITY RIGHTS:  By participating in this Promotion, each Entrant agrees to grant the Promotion Entities and their respective designees the right to use their name, address, biographical information, likeness, picture, video and other information and content provided in connection with the Promotion for the purposes of administering the Promotion and awarding prizes and after the Promotion Period for a period of [two (2) years] to identify them as a winner of this Promotion in all media now or hereafter devised worldwide including, but not limited to, on television and the Internet, without notice, review, or approval and without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

GENERAL:  Any attempted form of participation in this Promotion other than as described herein is void. Joint Promoters reserve the right to disqualify any Entrant found or suspected, in their sole and absolute discretion, to be tampering with the operation of the Promotion; to be acting in violation of these Official Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike manner or with the intent to disrupt the normal operation of this Promotion. If it is discovered that a person has registered or attempted to register more than once using multiple phone numbers, e-mail addresses, residential addresses, multiple identities, IP addresses, use of proxy servers, or like methods, all of that person’s entries will be declared null and void and that person will not be awarded any prize that he/she might have been randomly selected      to receive. Any use of artificial intelligence software, robotic, automatic, macro, programmed, third party or like methods to participate in the Promotion will void any attempted participation effected by such methods and the disqualification of the individual utilizing the same. No Entrant shall have the right to modify or amend these Official Rules. Promoter’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision and such provision shall remain in full force and effect. All entries and/or materials submitted become the property of Promoter and will not be returned. In the event of any conflict with any Promotion details contained in these Official Rules and Promotion details contained in any promotional materials (including but not limited to point of sale, television and print advertising, promotional packaging and other promotional media), the details of the Promotion as set forth in these Official Rules shall prevail.
