Citizen x The Hundred 2026 Ticket Giveaway – Terms and Conditions

Introduction 

By entering the promotion, all participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which include any instructions related to entry. We recommend keeping a copy of these Terms and Conditions for your records.

The Promoter

CITIZEN WATCH UK LTD, Citizen House, 7 Ashville Way, Wokingham, Berkshire, England, RG41 2PL

Eligibility 

·         The promotion is open residents of GB [England, Scotland, and Wales] aged 18 years or over only.

·         Employees of CITIZEN WATCH UK LTD [Promoter], or any company within the same group of companies as the Promoter, their agents or anyone professionally associated with the Promotion [Associates] and their immediate families are not allowed to enter.

The Promotion

·         The promotional period will open on the 2nd July 2026 [the “Opening Date”] to 23:59 on Friday 7th August 2026 [the “Closing Date”]. All promotion entries received before the Opening Date or after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.

o    Deadline for applications will vary per prize. Please see “Winner Selection & Notification” for prize draw dates.

·         To enter the promotion, the entrant must visit  https://www.citizenwatch.co.uk/thehundred  and fill out the required entry form to its entirety. This will confirm entry into the prize draw.

·         Maximum of 1 entry per person/email address. Entrants must only enter using 1 email address.

·         Entrants who do not enter correct details or those who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.

·         The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.

The Prize(s)

·         Each winner (maximum 9 (nine) winners) will be entered into the ballot to win one or more of the below listed prizes.

§  1 (one) winner will receive the prize of “The VIP Fan Experience” comprising of:

·         2 (two) general admission tickets to The Hundred final on 16thAugust 2026 (Lord’s Cricket Ground, NW8 8QN)

§  8 (eight) winners will receive the prize of “4 (four general admission tickets to The Hundred 2026”.

§  Each winner will be allocated tickets from their choice of ‘which team do you support?” on the entry form at citizenwatch.co.uk/thehundred.

“2 (two) tickets to The Hundred Final and a Citizen Eco-Drive Watch” – Prize Details:

·         Unless otherwise stated, all expenses incurred by the winner in the general use of all prizes, including but not limited to food, drink, travel, and accommodation, are the sole responsibility of the winner.  

·         The prize of “2 (two) general admission tickets to The Hundred final on 16th August 2026 (Lords Cricket Ground, NW8 8QN” will be provided allocated seating and any changes in seating is at the full discretion of the promoter.

·         The prize of “1 (one) Citizen watch up to the value of £400 RRP” will be provided via selecting any full priced watch available on citizenwatch.co.uk, up to the value of £400 RRP. If the prize selected is a watch that is over the value of £400 RRP, the winner must pay the remaining difference, if the watch selected is under the £400 RRP no cash difference will be offered. Prizes are not transferable, and all watch models are subject to availability. No cash alternative will be offered. All watch prizes to be selected no later than 23:59pm on Tuesday 30th September 2026.

·         The prize of “Food and beverage package” will be provided by the Promoter or through its agents – Synonymous Sport, New London Road, Chelmsford, CM2 9AE. The winner can access up to a maximum value of £200. The prize can only be redeemed on Sunday 16thAugust 2026 between 14:15 and 20:00. The value can only be redeemed at all food and beverage providers that can be accessed via a general admission ticket access parameters at Lords Cricket Ground, London, NW8 8QN. Any additional food, beverages, upgrades, or charges exceeding this amount will be billed separate and are at the sole responsibility of the winner. Unused value is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

·         Each prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be sold, auctioned or exchanged for any cash alternatives or compensation in whole or in part. Travel and accommodation are not included. The Promoter is not able to exchange tickets for alternative locations/matches/dates.

·         The Promoter reserves the right to replace a prize, in whole or in part, with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.

“4 (four) general admission tickets to The Hundred 2026” – Prize Details:

·         Unless otherwise stated, all expenses incurred by the winner in the general use of all prizes, including but not limited to food, drink, travel, and accommodation, are the sole responsibility of the winner(s).  

·         The winner(s) will be provided allocated seating and any changes in seating is at the full discretion of the promoter.

Winner Selection & Notification

·         The winners will be drawn at random via a random number generator from all valid entries.

·         The winners will be contacted via the provided email address associated with their entry on the draw date for their relevant prize. Please refer to “The Prize(s)” section for more details.

·         The Promoter will use reasonable efforts to notify the winners.

·         The winners will have 48 hours to acknowledge receipt of their prize notification.

·         Upon the Winners confirmed receipt of their prize notification, the Promoter will confirm all related next steps for the Winners to receive their prize. Please see “Prize Delivery” for further information.

·         The Promoter does not accept any responsibility in the event a winner is not able to take up their prize, rejects the prize or are ineligible and reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before each weekly Closing Date.

Prize Delivery:

§  The prize will be provided within five (5) working days prior to the prize fixture date.

§  The prize will be provided via a unique code to be inputted into The Hundred App to redeem. Please see the link to download the app:  https://www.thehundred.com/mobile .

·         The winner will receive a unique code via correspondence from the Promoter. The unique code must be inputted into the ‘My tickets’ section of The Hundred App prior to arrival at their prize location. The e-tickets will then appear on the The Hundred App to be presented when entering the cricket ground. For any concerns relating to the ticketing prize, at first instance please visit The Hundred ticketing guides (https://faqs.thehundred.com/hc/en-us/categories/360000754338-Ticketing-Guides). Alternatively, please contact info@synonymoussport.com.

·         If any prizes are unable to be organised due to inaccurate details or delay on the part of a winners, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw and reallocate the prize entitlement with no liability.

Post Promotion Publicity

Your Privacy

• By entering the Promotion, you are giving consent to use your personal details to facilitate the mechanics of this promotion.
• By entering the promotion, entrants agree that any personal information provided to enter the promotion entry may be held and used only by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers to administer this promotion.
• The Promoter shall either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails marketing@citizenwatch.co.uk or writes to Citizen Watch United Kingdom Ltd. 7 Ashville Way, Wokingham, Berks, RG41 2PL (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the Closing Date stated above. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter at Citizen Watch United Kingdom Ltd. 7 Ashville Way, Wokingham, Berks, RG41 2PL. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

Brand Protection

• The winner must not do anything which could, in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter, bring the Promoter or any of the Associates into disrepute before, during or after this Promotion.

Governing law

• These terms and conditions and this Promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to this Promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
