    @mynameispowwow please could you show both sides of this:

    UKCPS issued a Notice to Keeper dated 11 December 2025 explicitly headed "Notice to Keeper (Postal – Non PoFA) – Issued on private land"


    I've noticed that my NTK pictures thread is missing a non-POFA UKCPS one.

    Ot can a regular find a pic please?

    EDIT: got a front page only from Google images but could do with a non-POFA back page too

    Quick update — received the Notice of Proposed Allocation to Small Claims Track dated 22 July, with a DQ deadline of 10 August. Completed and filed my N180 today, served on both the court and Moorside Legal. Rejected their settlement offer of £120 earlier this month. Will update when I hear anything further.
