No problem, I will remove that line.

I will submit in the next couple of days. Any estimate on how long they will take to respond?

There is no real timescale, so always check your MCOL claim history regularly and also study the 8 steps in the defence template thread in announcements near the top of the forum to

Your case should be over before Xmas

If you have an open thread about this issue, that is the place to ask questions, however, I have LitigationTeam@MoorsideLegal.co.uk

    Hi

Thanks for the info! I did write on my own thread regarding my reply to the LBC but i had no response and when i went hunting I seen lots of posts stating to look through Moorside threads.

Whilst I am on here though, this is going to be my reply to LBC - is this correct at that stage and an I missing anything?

    Dear Sirs,

    Your ref: ######

    Proposed legal proceedings

    Claimant: UKPS

I refer to your letter of claim.

I confirm that my address for service for the time being is as follows, and any older address must be erased from your records:

    #############

You should revert to your client because the 'propensity to pay' score in my case is zero, so any claim is hopeless and a waste of the court fee (whether 'fronted' by your firm or not). Move on to weaker victims.

The alleged 'debt' is disputed and any court proceedings will be vigorously defended.

    Yours faithfully,

    Any help is much appreciated!!
