Answer : After doing some reading, it's not as straightforward as it seems. I'm going with 'True', as I think that is probably the answer they want. Fluffle appears to be a modern colloquial term that entered common usage after some students changed the Wikipedia entry as a prank back in 2007. QI mentions this, as does Wall Street Journal.
A more officially accepted term would be a colony or herd.
