Debt Recovery Plus at Manchester Airport and Parking Firm APCOA

I drove through by mistake the drop off and pick up at Manchester Airport so kept going behind everyone else out through barriers and parked my car in correct car park and paid for staying. I have been in contact with APCOA via email stating that it took me 3 mins to drive through inadvertently, without pick up or drop off and because I was late back off holiday which took over their 28 days to pay, I could not place an appeal with APCOA. This automatically went to Debt Recovery Plus. I have spoken and emailed Debt Recovery Plus and awaiting an outcome email from APCOA as I am appealing to them to cancel an unfair fine imposed upon me. I have emailed Debt Recovery Plus to stop sending me 2 text messages a day threatening legal action to pay £170 which they have ignored. The latest text message is that if I dont pay up I may get a damaged credit rating and a CCJ! Help please as this stress and harrassment is keeping me awake. I

Stop doing all that stuff, it’s not helping you. The bottom line is this …. just ignore the harmless, yet irritating, silly letters from DRP. It will go no further. DRP cannot sue you, APCOA never do!

Please don't get stressed out it's only a speculative invoice (not a fine) from a bunch of chancers followed up with snotty silly letters from DRP no one will do anything more than send threatening garbage to you.
