Hi, sorry to reopen such an old thread but I've had a bit of an odd experience with RMA this week. I can't get hold of them over the phone at the moment so I thought I'd ask in here first. In November the debt I'm paying £11.50 per month stood at £4099.25 (I have this in writing), I've just received a letter requesting up to date financial information and the debt is now showing to be £4208.28!!!!! Now I know that prior to November the debt had been reducing so I don't think I'm paying interest, but have they started adding some sort of fee? It seems odd that they would set a payment so low that my balance would go up by over £100 in less than a year!
Anyone else had a similar experience? I'm going to keep trying to call them but does anyone have any advise as to whether it is legal for them to charge more than I repay without advising me first?Taking baby-steps :beer:0
