• A pair of tickets to Hits Radio Live at BP Pulse Live Birmingham on 20th November 2026
• A pair of tickets to Hits Radio Live at Co-Op LIVE in Manchester on 21st November 2026

Tickets are likely to be e-tickets, and transferred to you via the relevant ticketing platform via the email address you provide us at the point of winning. Please make sure the email you provide is the same email address you use to login to the relevant ticketing platforms. As the events are some time away, we may not be able to confirm at the point of winning how the tickets will be distributed – but we will ensure that you are informed as soon as we know. Please note, it’s not uncommon for promotional tickets to be released in the week leading up to the event, which means you may not receive your tickets until during the week of each gig.

It must be you that attends, tickets are non-transferable. Please bring photo ID to the site with you. Without this, you may be refused entry. The name of your competition entry must match that on your ID if you are asked to present it at the venue.
