It's possible with some providers, I have done it.
Just ask them to delete your account and profile when you leave.
I will soon be attempting to become a 'new' customer for the 3rd time with one of them

That's interesting...I guess in this age of GDPR, data protection, etc companies legally have to delete your information if you specifically asked them to?

In general, yes, you can transfer to the HL cash ISA account (the parent account from which you then choose which rates and firms to distribute your money to).
But the 4.3% sub-account they are offering with Shawbrook has a maximum investment amount of £20,000. You can see that on Moneyfacts, or in the details for the 4.3% offer if you have an HL account.
The second best rate they have on offer is 3.9% via an Atom sub-account.

I'm just reporting back about my transfer of a Cash ISA from Trading 212 to a Hargreaves Lansdown (HL) one.
I already had opened a Cash ISA with HL and had deposited £100.
I started the transfer-in process by entering details on-line with HL, during which I had to agree to open a Stocks and Shares ISA as, for some reason, they don't allow transfers-in directly to their Cash ISA. I will be able to move the money from the S&S ISA to the cash ISA later apparently.
So I followed the process and downloaded a pre-filled form, signed and dated it and sent it back, Freepost, on 4th March. I had an email from HL on 11th March saying that they'd received my request and were processing it.
I thought that was a bit slow but the next day,12th March, I received an email from Trading 212 asking me to confirm the transfer.
On 13th March I signed a form, online with Trading 212, to confirm the transfer. After only a few minutes, I received an email from Trading 212 saying that the transfer was complete.
I looked at my Trading account and it was empty. However, checking then and today on the HL site I see that the funds have not appeared and I've heard nothing more from HL.
Hopefully when the funds are registered on my HL S&S ISA the interest will be backdated.
Anyway, assuming the funds are registered as from the 13th, that's 9 days in total including a weekend. Not bad really.

I'm also looking for what OP is looking for
I'm with T212 too and need to transfer it before end of April otherwise the interest drops to 3.5%.
Any recommendations please? Ideally a flexible ISA, monthly interest and no withdrawal limits.
