Result of the survey,
The suggestion that the SOW for all the repairs would exceed the £1000 limit.
The contractor has sent me 700, which covers the money I spent on the re-work + 200.
I emailed CheckaTrade suggesting that the refund should be the full £1000
Am I wrong, or is £700 a fair amount?
I also asked for info regarding their future membership on the platform and was told it would be handled internally which to me suggests these cow boys will be back on the platform.
